Agreement

These terms are the agreement between you and Myanhon for the Myanhon apps and myanhon.com (together, the service). By creating an account or using the service you accept them, together with the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old.

The service

Myanhon helps Myanmar speakers learn Japanese: kana, kanji, grammar, reading and listening lessons, a Japanese–Burmese dictionary, a study tracker and a speaking tutor you can talk with. The tutor is automated. It listens to what you say, answers in Japanese and explains corrections in Burmese, and like any automated system it can mishear you or be wrong. It is a practice partner, not a certified teacher, and using it does not guarantee any result in an examination, an interview or an employer's assessment.

Your account

• Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it current.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account, and you must tell us at once if you believe someone else has used it.
• One account per person. Do not create accounts for others, share an account or sell one.
• You may close your account at any time by asking us to delete it; see the Privacy Policy for what that removes.

Balance and payments

Some features, including speaking practice with the tutor, are paid for from a prepaid token balance, bought in Myanmar kyat on myanhon.com through MyanMyanPay; nothing is sold inside the apps. Each feature's rate is shown before you use it and is deducted as you use it.

• The balance does not expire.
• The balance is personal to your account. It cannot be transferred, cashed out or exchanged for anything else.
• We may give a balance for free — to new accounts, or through a promotion — and may change or end such offers for future sign-ups at any time. A free balance is used before a paid one.
• Purchases are final. We refund a purchase if we failed to credit it, or where the law requires a refund. Balance forfeited under the Termination section is not refunded.
• Prices and rates may change. A change applies to future purchases and future use, never to a balance already bought, and we will show the new rate before you use a feature at it.

Referrals

We may issue referral codes that reward the code's owner when someone who signs up with it buys a balance. We may withhold or reverse a reward earned through self-referral, fake accounts or any other abuse, and may end the programme with notice.

Acceptable use

Use the service to learn Japanese. Do not:

• use it for anything unlawful, or to harass, threaten or harm anyone;
• try to get around balance metering, rate limits or any other technical control, or to gain access you have not been given;
• access the service by automated means, copy or scrape its content, or reverse-engineer the apps;
• resell the service or present it as your own.

Content

The lessons, dictionary, recordings, designs and software of the service belong to Myanhon or its licensors, and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial learning while these terms apply. What you say to the tutor and write in the service remains yours; you allow us to process it in order to operate the service for you, including generating the tutor's replies and keeping your transcripts, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and improving, and we may add, change or remove features. The service depends on third-party providers and networks we do not control, so we cannot promise it will always be available or free of faults.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or where we must to protect other learners or the service; a balance in an account closed for breaking these terms may be forfeited. If we withdraw the service as a whole we will give notice and, where the law requires, refund unused paid balance.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranty about its accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose, and our total liability to you for anything arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The new version is published here with a new effective date, and for a material change we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.

လက်ကျန်ငွေနှင့် ငွေပေးချေမှု

နည်းပြနှင့် စကားပြော လေ့ကျင့်ခန်း အပါအဝင် အချို့ feature များကို မြန်မာကျပ်ဖြင့် ကြိုတင် ဖြည့်သွင်းထားသော လက်ကျန်ငွေမှ ပေးချေရပါသည်။ လက်ကျန်ငွေကို myanhon.com တွင် MyanMyanPay မှတစ်ဆင့် ဝယ်ယူရပြီး အက်ပ်များအတွင်း မည်သည့်အရာမျှ မရောင်းပါ။ feature တစ်ခုစီ၏ ဈေးနှုန်းကို အသုံးမပြုမီ ပြသပြီး အသုံးပြုသည်နှင့်အမျှ နုတ်ယူပါသည်။

• လက်ကျန်ငွေ သက်တမ်း မကုန်ပါ။
• လက်ကျန်ငွေသည် သင့်အကောင့်အတွက်သာ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ လွှဲပြောင်းခြင်း၊ ငွေသား ပြန်ထုတ်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် အခြားအရာနှင့် လဲလှယ်ခြင်း မပြုနိုင်ပါ။
• အကောင့်အသစ်များအတွက် သို့မဟုတ် ပရိုမိုးရှင်းများမှတစ်ဆင့် လက်ကျန်ငွေကို အခမဲ့ ပေးနိုင်ပြီး နောင် အကောင့်ဖွင့်သူများအတွက် ယင်းကမ်းလှမ်းချက်များကို အချိန်မရွေး ပြောင်းလဲ သို့မဟုတ် ရပ်ဆိုင်းနိုင်ပါသည်။ အခမဲ့ လက်ကျန်ငွေကို ဝယ်ယူထားသော လက်ကျန်ငွေ မတိုင်မီ အသုံးပြုပါသည်။
• ဝယ်ယူမှုများသည် အပြီးသတ် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ဝယ်ယူမှုကို ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ ထည့်သွင်းပေးရန် ပျက်ကွက်ပါက သို့မဟုတ် ဥပဒေအရ ပြန်အမ်းရန် လိုအပ်ပါက ပြန်အမ်းပါသည်။ ရပ်ဆိုင်းခြင်း အပိုဒ်အရ ဆုံးရှုံးသော လက်ကျန်ငွေကို ပြန်မအမ်းပါ။
• ဈေးနှုန်းများ ပြောင်းလဲနိုင်ပါသည်။ ပြောင်းလဲမှုသည် နောင် ဝယ်ယူမှုနှင့် နောင် အသုံးပြုမှုအတွက်သာ အက်ျုံးဝင်ပြီး ဝယ်ယူပြီးသား လက်ကျန်ငွေအတွက် မဟုတ်ပါ။ ဈေးနှုန်းအသစ်ဖြင့် feature တစ်ခုကို အသုံးမပြုမီ ယင်းကို ပြသပါမည်။

ညွှန်းဆိုမှုများ

ညွှန်းဆိုကုဒ်ဖြင့် အကောင့်ဖွင့်သူ တစ်ဦးက လက်ကျန်ငွေ ဝယ်ယူသည့်အခါ ကုဒ်ပိုင်ရှင်အား ဆုကြေး ပေးသော ညွှန်းဆိုကုဒ်များကို ထုတ်ပေးနိုင်ပါသည်။ ကိုယ်တိုင် ညွှန်းဆိုခြင်း၊ အကောင့်အတု သို့မဟုတ် အခြား အလွဲသုံးစားမှုမှ ရရှိသော ဆုကြေးကို ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ ထိန်းသိမ်းထားနိုင်၊ ပြန်ရုပ်သိမ်းနိုင်ပြီး အစီအစဉ်ကို အသိပေးပြီး ရပ်ဆိုင်းနိုင်ပါသည်။

လက်ခံနိုင်သော အသုံးပြုမှု

ဂျပန်စာ လေ့လာရန် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို အသုံးပြုပါ။ အောက်ပါတို့ကို မပြုလုပ်ပါနှင့် —

• ဥပဒေနှင့် မညီသော မည်သည့်အရာအတွက်မဆို သို့မဟုတ် မည်သူ့ကိုမဆို နှောင့်ယှက်ရန်၊ ခြိမ်းခြောက်ရန်၊ ထိခိုက်စေရန် အသုံးပြုခြင်း၊
• လက်ကျန်ငွေ တိုင်းတာမှု၊ အကြိမ်ရေ ကန့်သတ်ချက် သို့မဟုတ် အခြား နည်းပညာ ထိန်းချုပ်မှုကို ကျော်လွှားရန် သို့မဟုတ် ခွင့်မပြုထားသော ဝင်ရောက်ခွင့် ရယူရန် ကြိုးပမ်းခြင်း၊
• အလိုအလျောက် နည်းလမ်းများဖြင့် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို ဝင်ရောက်ခြင်း၊ အကြောင်းအရာများကို ကူးယူခြင်း၊ scrape ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် အက်ပ်များကို reverse-engineer ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း၊
• ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို ပြန်ရောင်းခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် မိမိ၏ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုအဖြစ် တင်ပြခြင်း။

အကြောင်းအရာ

ရရှိနိုင်မှုနှင့် ပြောင်းလဲမှုများ

ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို ဆက်လက် ရရှိနိုင်အောင်နှင့် တိုးတက်အောင် ကြိုးပမ်းပြီး feature များကို ထည့်သွင်း၊ ပြောင်းလဲ သို့မဟုတ် ဖယ်ရှားနိုင်ပါသည်။ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုသည် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ မထိန်းချုပ်နိုင်သော ပြင်ပ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးသူများနှင့် ကွန်ရက်များအပေါ် မူတည်သည့်အတွက် အမြဲ ရရှိနိုင်မည် သို့မဟုတ် ချို့ယွင်းမှု ကင်းမည်ဟု ကတိ မပေးနိုင်ပါ။

ရပ်ဆိုင်းခြင်း

ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို အချိန်မရွေး ရပ်တန့်နိုင်ပါသည်။ ဤစည်းကမ်းချက်များကို ချိုးဖောက်သော အကောင့်ကို သို့မဟုတ် အခြား လေ့လာသူများ၊ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို ကာကွယ်ရန် လိုအပ်ပါက ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ ဆိုင်းငံ့ သို့မဟုတ် ပိတ်နိုင်ပါသည်။ စည်းကမ်းချက် ချိုးဖောက်မှုကြောင့် ပိတ်လိုက်သော အကောင့်၏ လက်ကျန်ငွေ ဆုံးရှုံးနိုင်ပါသည်။ ဝန်ဆောင်မှု တစ်ခုလုံးကို ရုပ်သိမ်းပါက အသိပေးပြီး ဥပဒေအရ လိုအပ်ပါက အသုံးမပြုရသေးသော ဝယ်ယူထားသည့် လက်ကျန်ငွေကို ပြန်အမ်းပါမည်။

ငြင်းဆိုချက်များနှင့် တာဝန်ခံမှု

ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို ရှိသည့်အတိုင်း ပေးအပ်ပါသည်။ ဥပဒေ ခွင့်ပြုသည့် အတိုင်းအတာ အပြည့်အဝ ၎င်း၏ တိကျမှု၊ ရရှိနိုင်မှု သို့မဟုတ် သတ်မှတ် ရည်ရွယ်ချက်အတွက် သင့်တော်မှုနှင့် ပတ်သက်၍ အာမခံချက် မပေးပါ။ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုမှ ပေါ်ပေါက်လာသော မည်သည့်အရာအတွက်မဆို သင့်အပေါ် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ စုစုပေါင်း တာဝန်ခံမှုကို တောင်းဆိုမှု မတိုင်မီ ဆယ့်နှစ်လအတွင်း သင် ပေးချေခဲ့သော ပမာဏအထိ ကန့်သတ်ပါသည်။ ဥပဒေအရ ကန့်သတ်၍ မရသော တာဝန်ခံမှုကို ဤစည်းကမ်းချက်များတွင် မည်သည့်အရာမျှ မကန့်သတ်ပါ။

ဤစည်းကမ်းချက်များကို ပြည်ထောင်စုသမ္မတ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်၏ ဥပဒေများဖြင့် အုပ်ချုပ်ပါသည်။

ဤစည်းကမ်းချက်များ ပြောင်းလဲမှု

ဤစည်းကမ်းချက်များကို ပြောင်းလဲနိုင်ပါသည်။ ဗားရှင်းအသစ်ကို စတင်အသက်ဝင်သည့် ရက်အသစ်ဖြင့် ဤနေရာတွင် ထုတ်ပြန်ပြီး အရေးပါသော ပြောင်းလဲမှုဖြစ်ပါက အသက်ဝင်ခြင်း မပြုမီ အက်ပ်အတွင်းမှ အသိပေးပါမည်။ ယင်းရက်နောက်ပိုင်း ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို ဆက်လက် အသုံးပြုခြင်းသည် စည်းကမ်းချက်အသစ်များကို လက်ခံသည်ဟု ယူဆပါသည်။
